Damages and misprints
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
Reprint: If the received product is printed incorrectly, damaged or in a bad quality, we will inspect the errors and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
Refund: In case there are issues with the reprint, we will issue a full order refund to your account within 10 business days.
Refunds
In the event a refund is requested, we will inspect the photo(s) provided and assess the nature of the damage and/or misprint and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, as stated above, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind banks and credit card companies may take addition time to process your refund. If more than 15 days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at visualvessels@gmail.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or consumables such as coffee and/or teas.
